1. Our Role as a Platform
Global Talent Netz provides an online infrastructure connecting employers, candidates, and recruitment agencies. We are a technical intermediary under § 8 TMG.
2. What Global Talent Netz IS NOT
- ❌ Not an employer of listed persons
- ❌ Not a personnel service provider under AÜG
- ❌ Not a contractual party between candidates and employers
- ❌ Not a guarantor of application success
3. Employer Responsibilities
- legally compliant job listings (especially AGG)
- compliance with labor, social, and immigration law
- verification of residence and work permits
- conclusion of legally valid employment contracts
- GDPR-compliant data processing
4. Candidate Responsibilities
- accuracy of profile information
- authenticity of uploaded documents
- verification of employer reputability
- compliance with visa/residence regulations
5. International Placement
Global Talent Netz also connects partners outside the EU (e.g., India, Moldova, Bangladesh). Employers are obliged to independently inform themselves about:
- visa and residence law,
- recognition of foreign qualifications,
- minimum wage laws,
- tax and social security obligations.
Global Talent Netz provides no consulting on these matters.
6. No Employment Relationship
Registration does not establish an employment relationship with Global Talent Netz.
7. AGG Compliance
Employers are required to comply with the AGG. Discriminatory listings will be removed without notice.
