Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Global Talent Netz platform, operated by Global Talent Netz (sole proprietorship, owner: Mustafizur Rahman Khan), by all users.

§ 2 Services

(1) The provider offers an online platform connecting employers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.

(2) The provider acts as a technical intermediary. No employment relationship is established with the provider.

(3) Contracts arise exclusively between users.

§ 3 User Groups

  • Candidates: private individuals with profiles/applications
  • Employers: companies with job listings
  • Recruitment agencies: personnel intermediaries

§ 4 Registration

(1) Use requires registration.

(2) A user agreement is concluded upon registration.

(3) Information must be truthful.

(4) Multiple registrations and sharing login credentials are prohibited.

§ 5 User Obligations

  • no illegal or discriminatory content
  • no infringement of third-party rights
  • no spam/phishing content
  • upload only own data
  • compliance with AGG (German Equal Treatment Act)

§ 6 Content and Job Listings

(1) Employers are solely responsible for their content.

(2) The provider reserves the right to remove illegal content.

(3) The provider does not systematically check content.

§ 7 Fees

(1) Basic use is free for candidates.

(2) Paid packages may be offered to employers.

§ 8 Liability

(1) The provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.

(2) For ordinary negligence, only when material contractual obligations are violated.

(3) Liability for placement success is excluded.

§ 9 Termination

(1) Termination at any time with 14 days notice.

(2) Right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

(3) Data is deleted according to statutory periods.

§ 10 Changes to Terms

Changes will be communicated by email.

§ 11 Final Provisions

(1) German law applies.

(2) Severability clause applies.

(3) Place of jurisdiction for merchants: domicile of the owner.
